Polyvagal Theory in Athletics:

Harnessing the Power of the Nervous System for Optimum Performance

Great coaching goes beyond the playbook — it starts with understanding how the body's nervous system drives performance. Join this session to explore polyvagal theory and learn practical tools for helping athletes regulate stress, recover from setbacks, and perform at their best under pressure. Whether you coach elite competitors or new middle school athletes, you'll walk away with a clearer framework for reading nervous system states and coaching strategies you can apply immediately — helping every athlete you work with train smarter, recover faster, and compete with a calmer, more resilient mind.

If you have athletes who experience panic, shutdown, or anger during practice or competition, this is the course for you!

This course is being offered online only. Coaches who attend this course may receive $20 off a virtual visit with Aubrie for your entire team.
